Download the latest version of Proj4js here
The library will be distributed as a .zip file, unzip this file in a web-accessible directory and then include the file proj4js-combined.js in your web page. See the UserGuide for more details. Coming soon!
In the meantime, please use the trunk version out of the MapBuilder SVN repository at:
proj4js-compressed.js compressed version
proj4js-combined.js un-compressed version
