Gallery Collection of applications using PostGIS in the backend here.

• A german webGIS-application using PostgreSQL/PostGIS as database serving Points-of-interest and some of its geospatial functions in the backend. The mapserver is UMN Mapserver (​UMN Mapserver) the client is Mapbender (​Mapbender ): ​Start application

• This is an application where PostGIS is used to get depth-information from geological data along a two-point line the user marks in the map (use the blue flag). The function is a buffer of 1m, because the background data arep oints with 1m distance: ​Start application

• ​CartoWeb - WebGIS Project application . It doesn't require PostGIS for simple use,

but for more advanced use cases such as editing geometries and routing - it utilizes PostGIS. Useful for integrating maps into web applications.
