Ability to import / export Postgis 3D geometries to Collada xml format.

This is useful for interfacing with Google Sketchup, Maya, 3Ds Max etc.

Can't find the code though. Might be useful to resuscitate some of that and bring it up to version 2+ spec. Olivier -- you know what happened to the code of this work and also X3D?

Well in fact it's not a big lost, as this code has been done in a Q&D way... and was designed upon 1.3 branche...
