Description
Newbies often find the SRID concept difficult to understand. We need to flesh out Spatial_Ref_Sys Table section (4.2.1) to make it clearer

Dane - actually I did work on this a bit a couple of months back. Take a look at the SVN doc section to see if you think things look clear enough or if more changes need to be made.

If it looks okay to you I'll close this out. If not feel free to give me a patch for changes.
