Description
Add regression tests for Objective 0.1.6d: "Being able to get all the properties of a raster (all the “Get” functions)"
Add test sql to create_rt_properties_test.sql, and add create_rt_properties_test_expected for test output.

I just discovered the way the regression tests were being run — this is a redundant test, so this patch is useless.
