Finally got around to testing on my Ubuntu server and it seems not all files for address_standardizer and postgis_tiger_geocoder are being installed. Probably result of my spring cleaning.

retested seemed to install fine. Still having some issues with my postgis tiger geocoder make install check tests , but address standardizer one seems fine.

This one I did actually fix at r13997 , but wanted to retest on my Ubuntu server before I proclaim victory. Also have to fix regression tests on Linux.
