Description
As dbb discovered the address_standardizer extension builds as address_standardizer.2.2 but has $Libdir/address_standardizer for library

Should be fixed at r13850. I also had to add the sql folder (blank), cause I couldn't squeeze in sql folder creation in with rest. Not smart enough for that.
