It would help to have deb packages for ubuntu 12.04 for travis use. Do they exist Olivier ?

See also #2316 for the jenkins side. This is important as SFCGAL tests just started failing during the closing drive for 2.2.0

I should probably add entry for winnie as well. She's already building with sfcgal support, but not testing with sfcgal support because of outstanding issues.
