Description
I misflagged 2d functions being serviced by just sfcgal. Need to change the xsl to correctly flag as using SFCGAL.

bah I don't even know what I was talking about when I wrote this. I don't see any 2D functions only serviced by SFCGAL.
an other icons look right to me.

Okay Now I remember what I was thinking.
Functions like
ST_ForceLHR (in 2D case they are only serviced by SFCGAL so not available by default - but they show a checkmark when they should show the sfcgal icon)
