Description
Somebody thought it was a good idea to support 3.2 on 2.0. I still think it was a stupid idea given how many features have to be turned off and how unclear this crippling is to the user.
That means we need to test it and make sure it works.
I tried running a test on Debbie with 3.2 and failed miserably. Don't seem to be able to even configure.

moot 3.2 is getting so old why bother

Note — I think it might be just how our ./configure handles custom config options. It always bites me on windows especially when I try to stuff a distclean in there.
