Description
I've only tested this on 9.1 VC++ compiled against mingw postgis compiled.
Might be just a formatting issue with the expected file. See attached.

fixed at r8813 . Native mode was forcing windows breaks on svn pull down, but psql always generates line feed breaks (which are not windows native). The expected file should always be in form expected by a unix system
