Description

I just updated to r8388. When I upgrade my db with rtpostgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql, I get this error: 

psql:rtpostgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql:3479: ERROR:  function "st_union" already exists with same argument types
psql:rtpostgis_upgrade_20_minor.sql:3488: ERROR:  current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block
[snip]
ROLLBACK
