shp2pgsql fails with MapInfo created dbf

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- shp2pgsql -n assessor.DBF test
Use attached assessor.DBF file, which was generated by MapInfo 8.0. ORG created dbf files seem to work correctly.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only the CREATE TABLE statement is issued, but no INSERT INTO statements are created.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Fails with 1.3.5, worked with 1.3.3 and prior. Tested only on Windows XP.
Please provide any additional information below.

Richard,
This problem should be fixed in 1.3.6. If you can't compile yourself — let me know and I can compile a version tomorrow. Unfortunately the one I have on my site is before I fixed (or think I fixed this problem).
