vector2kwl

converts a vector to a keyword list

vector2kwl -o <output-file> <vector-file>

  <vector-file>  the vector file 
                 to convert to keywordlist
                 This must be last
  <output-file>  optional output file for keywordlist

General information:

This application is a start of a generic vector file to ossim Annotation keywordlist. Currently only shape files are supported and outputs only polygons and assumes geographic with a wgs84 ellipsoid.
