Description
Attached is a big patch between the ossim plugins in OTB and current version in ossim svn.
Apologies for having all mixed up. We should push more often...
It contains different fixes :
- support for dllexport on windows to build as DLL
- patch to gdal/ossimOgcWktTranslator to manage a regression with EPSG 0
- patch to gdal/ossimOgcWktTranslator for ESPG 3857 ellipsoid (see also issue #2260)
- a huge patch on SAR sensor models from Emmanuel (style + performance boost)
- enhancements to FormosatModel for calibration metadata

Applied in svn with some edits/merges just to fix warnings. Svn rev 20264.
