Clean up OSGeoLive build instructions

Description

From what is documented in ​http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Live_GIS_Build only a small part is now useful to create the distribution.

I propose to clean things up and add the few tricks we use while releasing a beta, rc or final version.

This is now done by adding the new build method instructions and having old pieces of document removed
