Description
Since we removed sqlite gui app (due to disk size issue) the databases icon is missing from the disk.
We need to extract it from a previous release and copy it over.

Live 9.5 booted now.. the 'SQLite database browser' icon is not very good looking; stacked gray disks with bad borders.. Is that the one? The directory icons on the desktop are all generic directory, not custom
