Change logos as part of OSGeo re-branding

Jody has just opened a pull request, switching to the new OSGeo logo:

Can you all please provide feedback on the new logo (the OSGeo-Live one)?

Bakaniko, for the wallpaper, we have made a point each release of making the wallpaper look very different to the prior release, so that people can tell the difference when the open it up. Eg: Change colour, image, etc. It is also nice to draw on themes from the global FOSS4G conference city.
