ossim preference loading warning in LiveDVD

Description
When launching OTB applications there is a warning from OSSIM :
WARNING: ossimPreferences::loadPreferences(), an error was encountered when loading the preferences file at "/usr/share/ossim/ossim_preference" as specified by the environment variable "OSSIM_PREFS_FILE".
It appears on the terminal in the Live (not intalled) 9.5beta1

I'm aware of it, I need to upload a new preference file with the up-to-date path to plug in and data. I'll start a new branch and work on it.
