update quickstarts to reflect new menu structure

Hi,

the following quickstarts (en/) refer to the Applications menu, which no longer exists by that name.

Fixed spatialite and virtualbox quickstarts. I am calling the LXDE "start" button: LXDE Menu. Is that uniform with other quickstarts?

Any other quickstarts also explaining desktop menu positions but not mentioning Applications by name should also check to see that their text is still correct.

But to make a permanent fix I will try to make an action on OSGeoLive that updates the configuration file
