I've inserted a number of review comments into the spatialite quickstart.
Primarily, it requires screen shots, and also explanations about steps that are being performed.

I've committed some changes based on your suggestions, including some screenshots.
Regarding the command line section, rather than cut it short, how about if I expand a bit to include creating a new database, then loading and querying a shapefile?
