 * GDAL 1.6 ABI Plugin for reading MrSID and JPEG2000 Raster Formats.
 * Requires gdal16
 * This package includes the MrSID DLLs from Lizardtech which are not open source software.  Review the OSGeo4W\MRSID_EULA.TXT for terms of use. 
 * This plugin only applies when the GDAL 1.6 environment is use (by running gdal16.bat in command shell).
 * Unpacked into \apps\gdal-16\bin\gdalplugins
 * Maintainer is FrankWarmerdam.
