Current QGIS Version lists WMS layers with Server Name Instead of Layer Name

Description
The version of Quantum GIS needs to be updated. The current version defaults the name of a loaded WMS layer to the name of the WMS 'server' rather than the layer <name> attribute.
This is rather annoying since each loaded WMS layers properties need be edited manually to correct the layer legend.
