Description
The Postgres Instance on the Telascience blade10-2 that the Mapbender Project uses, is slooooooow. Our sqlscript that usually takes no time at all takes more than 70 Minutes to complete.
We investigated, and one possible reason seems to be that memory is full, with about 90MB in swap. But 70 minutes seem too excessive to be caused by only that.
Could someone take a look?

I'm not sure what was wrong, but things seem to be behaving ok after a reboot.
