write an install script for GMT

Hi,

for future:

write a script to install GMT on the disc.

I was sucking that in with the MB System install script but in 2.0 mbsys is disabled so it was missing in the final build.

It should be on its own, with environment set (programs added to PATH), and sample data package installed, etc.
