Private paste service at osgeo.pastebin.com

On IRC and not only, the community's got used to use of paste services. The popular one - pastebin.com - offers  private bins. There are no passwords, no administration tasks. A private bin is just a subdomain that lists related pastes in one place. The advantage is that the pastebin.com is more configurable than rafb.net. It allows to set how long particular paste is valid, it allows to edit existing pastes, to download as a file, highlight syntax, and it also allows to delete particular paste.

Perhaps it would make sense to collect all OSGeo stuff inside a common bin -  http://osgeo.pastebin.com

If it's a good idea, one could update relevant settings like IRC channel headers and titles to point to the osgeo.pastebin.com.

I've taken the liberty and added source code oriented community debugging tool to the stack of pastebins. It is  codepad subdomain for OSGeo:
