The Mapbender SVN at

​https://mapbender.osgeo.org/svn/mapbender/trunk

is down. I get this error message

"Could not open the requested SVN filesystem"

I 'svnadmin recover' ed it.

It should be back up now.

I've suggested a switch of SVN to using FSFS as a backend on the SAC list in the hopes it will correct the underlying problem.
