I believe KenT at autodesk has done some work on this. Also, Allan Doyle might be a valuable resource on doing the application as he did it for EOGEO.

The lawyer we have helping with this has received all the needed information from me. Last week he thought we were ready to make the submission, but he had a bit more review to do first.

That's right, application submitted in early October.

Submitted application last September, awaiting response from IRS.

Awaiting further response. Just re-opening until the entire application process is complete.
