Need to get Trac email notification working

Description
I suspect Trac email notifications aren't working, at least for the OSGeo trac. This ticket is first a test of this. And may become an actual action request if it doesn't work.

I have enabled the email and it is working as long as the settings include an email address.

Could trac email notification please be enabled for trac.osgeo.org/grass/ ?
I suspect that we need this plugin

Email notification has now been enabled for the GRASS Trac.
I have also changed the auth domain to "OSGeo Trac" instead of "GRASS OSGeo Trac" so that the domain will match all the other OSGEo tracs - reducing the amount of retyping of passwords that should be needed.
