create UNIX group on projects.osgeo.osuosl.org

The pycsw project documentation (in projects.osgeo.osuosl.org/osgeo/pycsw/pycsw-web) is updated by either kalxas or myself (tomkralidis) at the moment. We are having permissions issues when one of us (who doesn't own a file/dir) wishes to update the docs. Our files are 664 and dirs are 775, but we are still having issues.

Can a group be made in /etc/group called pycsw, with members kalxas and tomkralidis and then chgrp -R pycsw /osgeo/pycsw.

We are at final stages of our release, and this issue is causing us problems.

I gave Tom sudo access on the projects vm so he can create the group himself.
