The OpenLayers PSC list is a confidential way of communicating to the OpenLayers PSC. It is only to be used for conversations which would contain *confidential* information -- any general concerns, discussions, etc. should be held on the OpenLayers Developers List (dev@…).

Cases where addressing the PSC list is appropriate:

• Submitting ICLA/CCLA documents, which contain full names and addresses that may be private information.
• Submitting Trac/Wiki + SVN Password requests, since these contain hashed versions of passwords.
• Bringing security advisories to the attention of the project steering committee.
