Things to discuss Vector week

• #450 -- put 'reproject()' method back in?
• look at generic toolbar code
• look at animated zooming
• discuss subtleties of animated panning
• do something with vectors
• discuss whatever the heck is holding up the scale bar thing
• discuss the merits of CSS
• talk error handling (at least so we agree on what to do with exceptions thrown by vector code)
