Adding Wiki Users

• Copy string
• ssh rainier.metacarta.com
• open /www/openlayers/svn/.htpasswd
• Go to the end of the file, and add the string
• Send email to the user telling them their account is setup.

If the user requested a sandbox:

• Edit /www/openlayers/svn/.authz
• Add their name to the list of 'sandbox' users.
• Send them an email telling them how ot get started with SVN
