96	IE6: Map does not refresh until all the tiles have been downloaded.	cplists@…	crschmidt	"Under IE6 (6.0.2900.2180) on Windows XP SP2 I've noticed that the map does not refresh (when panning or zooming for example) until all the tiles have been downloaded.  This can be fairly subtle if using a fast map server but quickly becomes evident with a slower server and it makes a huge difference in the user's perception of responsiveness.  Google maps seems to have found a way to work around this behavior as I've noticed it does not have this problem.
