Enable single file library version to be easily tested/used by examples.

Create a shell script to swap the "built" single file version (in build/lib/) and the dynamic load version (in lib/) so that either can be easily used in the examples or testing.

Most likely this will require changing the examples and tests to refer to ./lib/ which can be a sym-link to actual lib directory to be used.

Neccesary for development, but not neccesary for users of the applications: this can be pushed off to Dubo River, I think, and not stress us out. Workarounds involve simply copying the OpenLayers.js into the lib dir and testing against that, which works fine for most uses.
