Add propertyNames to getFeature control

Description
By adding propertyNames to getFeature it can be used in two circumstances with greater efficiency.
1/ In combination with SLDSelect. This lets the server select and highlight complex geometry instead of downloading a geometry set by getFeature. The getFeature control can be used in tandem to select the desired property values (excluding geometry).
2/ As a replacement for WMSgetFeatureInfo control. Only in geoserver 2.1.3 trunk can GML response be limited by propertynames so getFeature can be more efficient.
