Zoomify : lower and right zoomified-image's tiles badly displayed in latest svn

The lower row and the righter colum of tiles of a zoomified-image are badly displayed (some kind of distorsion of the grid) using the latest development version. Problem is visible in all zoom levels but clearly when at maximum zoom.

The problem is visible on the official online zoomify examples of Openlayers at the bottom-rigth corner of the image when at maximum zoom level: http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/zoomify.html

Latest stable version (2.11) is not affected:  http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.11/examples/zoomify.html

I can't yet determine at what revision the problem arrived.

Mouse coordinates also seem to be affected by an offset value.
