Description

Methods getServerResolution, getServerZoom, transformDiv, getResolutionScale are not described in documentation.  http://dev.openlayers.org/docs/files/OpenLayers/Layer/Grid-js.html

The methods you mentioned above are no API methods, i.e. they should not be used by applications.
