Description
Sometimes a base attribute is needed that applies to all layers. Adding this to an existing layer causes problems with duplicate attributes not then being recognised. Currently my solution to this is to amended my local copy of OpenLayers 2.10 to deal with an extra option of baseAttribute. This is then applied first whenever the attributes array is recreated for display. I have attached the amended attribution.js file and have also emailed in my CLA.
