Square Polygons Snapped to 90 should be BBOXes not Diamonds

Description
If I set the RegularPolygon to be a Square SNapped at 90 degrees I would expect a BBOX not a Diamond (a BBOX is much easier to calculate intersections). Patch attached to catch this case.
