parse more wfs capabilities

The current wfs capabilities parser only reads wfs feature types as name and namespace. In order to be able to use wfs capabilities for adding vector layers to maps, more information is needed. The wfs format used for reading capabilities can be bases on the wmts format, using ows common. The attached patch should do this.
