321	wish list for VE	jrf		"Virtual Earth from Microsoft has some nice features and some glaring deficiencies.  What would we like VE to do better?  It does not hurt to ask for them.

 1. core features of the layer in a separate file to minimize download time.  The core methods that we want are:
