Move elements inside viewPortDiv

Description

Moving elements of various controls which were added directly to the viewPortDiv to the new eventsDiv instead so that they are visible and still receive the same events they used to.

All tests pass. This causes the zoomBox to become visible again, as a followup to Tim's changes in r11365

Chris, are there not many more of these similar issues, such as the busy cursor in WMSGetFeatureInfo control etc?

Confirmed that the last issue is not an issue of OpenLayers but of the Safari browser in this case (cursor only updates when moving the mouse), so please commit.
