Format.WFST does not call setNamespace

Description

I think the Format.WFST constructor should call setNamespace if featureNS is set in the options. I will provide a test showing when this causes problem.

Actually the WFST.v1_x_0 formats are children of GML.Base which does call setNamespace(). Closing this ticket...
