2202	Option to declutter vector labels	Lucent	crschmidt	"Vector text labels are a nice feature, but without the ability to do even the most rudimentary decluttering, it's not feasible to label more than a single feature, since text can easily overlap depending on the zoom level.

It would be nice to have very simple decluttering. For example, if another marker is within 30 pixels horizontally or 10 pixels vertically, suppress display of the label. At the very least, this ticket could be used to discuss potential strategies for decluttering.
