when map source is other than WMS, geometric objects location is wrong in Y direction.

Description

in the attached sample, i m just drawing a pt on the map. If you pan map up/down, the location of point (red dot) changes. Same is true for line, polygons. I hope this can be fixed asap.

The sample was attached to a new ticket, ticket:1871 which was closed as being invalid. Closing this one as well.
