Create tests for OpenLayers.js

Description

#1263 leads me to the conclusion that we should have tests for OpenLayers.js.

The only question I would like to have answered before I create the test file: where should it go? We have some kind of hierarchy in the list of test cases, but OpenLayers.js would be one level above the current "root" level (where tests for BaseTypes, Console etc. reside).

test_OpenLayers.html in the root is fine. The naming scheme isn't that strict.

Nothing special in this patch, just a basic test for _getScriptLocation().

This test will fail unless the patch for #1263 is applied.
