Mapserver crashes when rendering cartolines under certain circumstances

I have a line layer and a labeled polygon layer.  The lines in the first layer
are drawn with cartolines.  If I render a map I get segfaults depending of the
extent that is to be rendered. 

Find a little package that contains (hopefully) everything you need to reproduce
the problem here:

Note: I'm not sure what the appropriate value for the 'Component' field is.

Cartolines are deprecated with AGG so closing as won't fix.
