Layer object does not support SIZEUNITS property

Description 

The layer object should support a SIZEUNITS property with read/write access. 
This is not currently the case with PHP mapscript.

I have added sizeunits to php_mapscript.c in V4.3 (CVS).

Did you need this backported to 4.2 as well?
