Enhance line symbolization

Description 

It could be very useful to be able to apply a complex pattern to line. The
possibility to repeat pattern to line is essential to respect well known
symbology like railroad --|-  and others.

Support of SLD <GraphicStroke> should be consider as an primary objective.

I think it would also be useful to be able to draw lines from pixmaps, 'a la' 
ArcView or similar.
